Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the programmes, services and products offered by The Rest Ritual Ltd, trading as The Sleep Guru, and your use of thesleepguru.co.uk. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean The Rest Ritual Ltd, and “you” means the person using this website, booking with us or buying from us.

By booking or buying anything from us, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not go ahead with a booking or purchase.

1. Who we are

The Rest Ritual Ltd is a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 16654574. Our registered office is 13 Taleworth Road, Ashtead, KT21 2PT. You can contact us at anandi@thesleepguru.co.uk.

2. This is not medical advice

Our work is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Nothing in our programmes, sessions, reports, protocols, website or communications is medical advice.

If you have a medical condition or a diagnosed sleep disorder, or you are under the care of a healthcare professional, please speak to your doctor before taking part in any of our programmes, and tell us before you begin. If anything arises during our work that needs medical attention, we will say so clearly.

Our work focuses on internal stability, nervous-system regulation, breath and daily rhythm. It is educational and supportive in nature. Results are not guaranteed and vary between individuals. Testimonials on this website describe individual experiences; your results may differ.

Sections 1, 2 and 8 to 13 apply to everything we offer. The Inner Stability Quiz is free and does not create a contract between us.

4. The Inner Stability Diagnostic + Protocol

What it includes

A 90-minute live assessment, a written diagnostic report and personalised protocol, a 60-minute report review session, and three 45-minute recalibration sessions across a 90-day integration period. Sessions take place by video call. A wearable device such as Oura, WHOOP or Apple Watch is required, because the work uses measurable markers such as night waking and HRV trends.

Payment

The fee is as stated at the point of booking and is payable in full before your assessment. If an instalment option is offered, its terms will be set out clearly at the point of purchase.

Cancellation and refunds

• If you cancel before your assessment takes place, we will refund your fee in full. If you cancel more than 14 days after booking, we may deduct reasonable administrative costs already incurred.
• Once your assessment has taken place, the fee is non-refundable. The assessment, and the written report and protocol that follow it, represent a significant part of the programme’s value.

If you book as a consumer, you also have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of booking. If you ask us to hold your assessment within those 14 days and then cancel, we may charge a proportionate amount for the service already provided.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing to anandi@thesleepguru.co.uk.

Rescheduling

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, may not be rescheduled within the programme timeline.

Medical pause

If a medical issue prevents you from continuing, you may request a pause of up to 60 days. Please ask in writing and, where appropriate, include confirmation from a healthcare professional. If you cannot resume within 60 days, we will discuss the options with you; an extension beyond that period is not automatic.

5. The Inner Stability Method and the Casa Anandi Retreat

What it includes

The Inner Stability Method is a sixteen-week pathway. Phase one is the Inner Stability Diagnostic + Protocol. Phase two is the Casa Anandi Retreat: five days (four nights) at Casa Anandi in Le Marche, Italy, designed around what your assessment found. Phase three is three 45-minute recalibration sessions across the ninety days after you return home.

Accommodation during your stay is included. Travel to and from Italy, travel insurance and personal expenses are your responsibility.

Payment

The Diagnostic fee is the first payment. If you continue to the full Method, the balance is as stated at the point of booking. Nothing is paid twice.

To secure your retreat dates, a deposit of 30% of the balance is payable at booking. The remainder is due no later than 60 days before your arrival. If it has not been paid by then, we may release your place, and the deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellation by you

Refunds are calculated from the date we receive your written notice:

• 120 days or more before arrival: 90% of the amount you have paid above the deposit is refunded.
• 90 to 119 days before arrival: 50% of the amount you have paid above the deposit is refunded.
• Fewer than 90 days before arrival: no refund.

The deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances, and the Diagnostic fee is covered by section 4. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance, including cancellation cover, from the moment you book.

Changes or cancellation by us

We may need to change dates or arrangements where circumstances require. If we have to cancel your retreat, you may choose a full refund of everything you have paid for the retreat phase, or a transfer to alternative dates. We are not liable for travel or other costs you have incurred, which is one reason we recommend insurance.

Before you arrive

Please tell us in advance about any medical condition, medication, allergy or dietary requirement relevant to your stay.

6. Private Immersions

Private Immersions are agreed individually. The scope, fees, payment schedule and cancellation terms are set out in your written proposal, which forms part of your agreement with us alongside these terms. Where your proposal and these terms differ, your proposal applies.

7. Products from our shop

Printed products, such as our Inner Stability Index journals, are printed to order and delivered by our print partner, Lulu. Prices are shown in pounds sterling at checkout and include delivery. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates.

If you are a consumer, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Let us know within that period, then return the item unused within a further 14 days, and we will refund the price you paid within 14 days of receiving it back. The cost of returning it is yours.

If an item arrives damaged or with a printing fault, tell us within 14 days of delivery, with a photograph, and we will replace it or refund you in full.

Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.

8. Your responsibilities

By taking part in any of our programmes, you confirm that:

• you are 18 or over;
• you have told us about any medical condition or circumstance that may affect your participation;
• the information you give us is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
• you take responsibility for your own wellbeing and will seek appropriate professional support where needed;
• you will engage respectfully with us and, where relevant, with other guests.

Between-session contact by email or WhatsApp is for questions and updates. It is not a crisis or on-demand service. Please allow up to 48 hours for a reply.

9. Intellectual property

All content, frameworks, methods, written materials, recordings and digital resources we provide, including Sleepology by Anandi®, the Inner Stability Index and all associated protocols, belong to The Rest Ritual Ltd. They are for your personal use only. You may not copy, share, publish or sell them, use our frameworks or protocols commercially, or record live sessions, without our written permission. A breach of this section may result in your access to a programme ending without refund.

10. Using this website

The text, images, audio and video on this website are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may view them and print a copy for your own personal reference. You may not reproduce, distribute or alter them without our written permission.

You are welcome to link to any page of this website. We may change or update the website at any time. Where we link to other websites, we are not responsible for their content.

11. Limitation of liability

We deliver our work with care and skill. However:

• we do not guarantee any particular outcome or result;
• we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your participation;
• our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the programme or product concerned.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

12. Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Some of what you share with us in the course of our work is health information, and we ask for your explicit consent before we use it.

13. General

Governing law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where the consumer law of your country of residence gives you additional rights.

Your statutory rights. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. Wherever you live, we will try to resolve any concern fairly and in good faith.

Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you book is the one that applies to your booking.

Severability. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
